Repute Bridge is a reputation support and AI review facilitation system provided by Brand Saheli. The Service is designed to help businesses:

  • Collect genuine customer feedback

  • Monitor and manage public reviews more efficiently

Repute Bridge does not guarantee reviews, ratings, rankings, or business outcomes.

2. No Fake Reviews or Review Manipulation

Brand Saheli does not create, post, generate, or publish reviews on behalf of users.

  • All reviews posted on Google or any third-party platform are written and submitted solely by end customers
  • Any AI-assisted suggestions provided are optional templates meant to help customers express their own experiences in their own words
  • The Service does not auto-post reviews to Google or any external platform

Users are strictly prohibited from using Repute Bridge for:

  • Fake reviews
  • Incentivized reviews (unless allowed by platform policies)
  • Review gating in violation of Google’s policies
  • Any misleading or deceptive practices

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

3. Google Business Profile & Third-Party Platforms

Repute Bridge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google or any other review platform.

  • Google Business Profile (GMB/GBP) usage is governed by Google’s own policies
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their actions comply with Google’s guidelines
  • Brand Saheli is not responsible for listing suspensions, review removals, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that:

  • You own or are authorized to manage the business listings connected to the platform
  • You will use the Service ethically and lawfully
  • You will not misrepresent customer feedback
  • You will not attempt to bypass platform rules using the Service

You are solely responsible for how the Service is implemented within your business.

5. Feedback Collection & Data Use

Repute Bridge may collect customer feedback through QR codes, links, or forms.

  • Private feedback is intended for internal improvement only
  • Brand Saheli or Repute Bridge does not sell customer data
  • You are responsible for informing your customers that feedback is being collected

Use of the Service must comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

6. No Guarantees or Performance Claims

Brand Saheli makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Number of reviews received
  • Improvement in star ratings
  • Local SEO rankings
  • Business growth, leads, or revenue

All outcomes depend on customer experience, service quality, and ethical usage.

7. Subscription, Payments & Access

  • Access to Repute Bridge may be subscription-based
  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
  • Brand Saheli or Repute Bridge reserves the right to modify pricing, features, or access with reasonable notice

Misuse or violation of these terms may result in suspension without refund.

8. Nature of the Platform

Repute Bridge operates as a service under Brand Saheli.

  • Interface, features, and availability may change over time
  • Certain functions may rely on third-party technology providers
  • Temporary downtime or feature updates may occur

9. Limitation of Liability

Repute Bridge Or Brand Saheli shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of reviews
  • Business listing issues
  • Revenue loss or reputational impact
  • Actions taken by Google or other platforms

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Termination of Service

Repute Bridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • The Service is misused
  • Legal or compliance risks arise

Termination may occur without prior notice in serious cases.
