Refund Policy

(Applicable to Repute Bridge – a Brand Saheli Smart AI Review System)

1. Overview

Repute Bridge is a digital, subscription-based reputation management platform offered under Brand Saheli. Due to the nature of software services, setup efforts, system access, and third-party dependencies (Google Business Profile), refunds are governed by the terms outlined below.

By subscribing to or using Repute Bridge, you agree to this Refund Policy.


2. Free Trial & Demos

  • Where a free trial or demo access is provided, users are encouraged to evaluate the platform before making a payment.
  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction after active usage when a trial/demo option was available.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if all conditions below are met:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the initial payment.
  • The account has not been actively used, including:
    • No QR codes deployed
    • No review links shared
    • No AI templates used
    • No review requests sent
  • No custom setup, branding, or white-label configuration has been completed.

If any of the above actions have occurred, the service is considered delivered and active, and the refund request will be declined.


4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of reviews received (reviews depend on customer behavior, not software guarantees)
  • Suspension, limitation, or changes in Google Business Profile policies
  • Business listing issues unrelated to the Repute Bridge system
  • Failure to use the platform after purchase
  • Renewal charges where cancellation was not requested before the billing cycle
  • Monthly, quarterly, or annual subscriptions after activation

5. Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to prevent future billing.
  • Cancellation stops the next billing cycle only.
  • No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused time.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of technical failure directly caused by Repute Bridge where the service is completely unusable and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, a partial or full refund may be issued at Brand Saheli’s sole discretion.

All decisions in such cases are final.


7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method only.
  • Transaction fees, gateway charges, or taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.

8. Service Relationship Disclaimer

Repute Bridge is a tool, not a guarantee of ratings, rankings, or review outcomes.
Brand Saheli does not promise a specific number of reviews, star ratings, or SEO performance as these depend on real customer actions and Google’s platform policies.

  • Reason for refund request

Incomplete requests will not be processed.


10. Policy Updates

Brand Saheli reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available within the Repute Bridge panel and on Brand Saheli’s official website.
